Spanning 4,500 m², the facility houses dedicated production zones for liquid silicone injection (LSR), solid compression molding, cleanroom production, edge finishing, packaging, and quality inspection — all under one roof.

In 2025, we completed a major cleanroom upgrade, creating a dust-free production environment that meets the requirements of medical-grade and high-specification food-grade silicone products. From a 300-unit sample run to 30,000-unit daily production, every order receives the same process discipline.
