Silicone ODM Services

Before any investment, we review your concept against silicone's material properties, our manufacturing capabilities, and your target cost range. We identify structural challenges early, suggest material alternatives, and advise on features that add cost without adding value. This review is provided within 24–48 hours of receiving your brief, at no charge.

Our engineering team produces full 3D CAD models from your 2D drawings, sketches, or reference samples. We optimize wall thickness, draft angles, and parting lines for manufacturability — the decisions that determine whether a product pops cleanly out of the mold or creates production headaches at scale.

We design and manufacture molds in-house using 718/NAK80 and S136 tool steels — materials chosen for long mold life and tight parting line tolerances. CNC machining is performed on Japanese-imported precision equipment. In-house tooling means we control quality, lead time, and revision speed without subcontracting delays.

Standard food-grade platinum silicone, LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber), high-durometer solid silicone, and our proprietary compound formulations. For antimicrobial requirements, we have Invention Patent CN113650314A. For infant-grade applications, we have Invention Patent CN114015239A. We match material selection to your product's end use, target certification, and cost parameters.

We design with compliance in mind from the start — not as an afterthought. For baby products, this means EN 71 pull-force requirements, LFGB migration limits, and FDA contact material standards inform the material and structural choices at the design stage. We can provide third-party compliance testing coordination through SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas.

For ODM projects, clients have the option to take full ownership of the mold tooling upon project completion. This means exclusivity: we do not produce your product for any other client, and you can transfer production to another factory if you choose. Mold storage and maintenance is provided at our facility at no charge during the production relationship.

Submit your concept: a description, sketch, reference photo, or existing product you want to improve upon. 

Our engineering team produces 3D CAD drawings. We share renders for your review and incorporate feedback. Design is finalized when you approve the CAD.

Mold is machined in-house using precision CNC equipment. Timeline depends on mold complexity. We provide updates at tooling completion.

First production samples produced. Dimensional report and visual inspection report provided. Samples shipped to you for physical review.

Up to 2 revision rounds in standard timeline. Each revision is documented and addressed systematically.

Third-party testing coordinated with SGS / Intertek / BV. Test reports provided before mass production sign-off.

Production begins on written GO. Project manager assigned throughout. 4-stage QC process applied. Delivery coordinated via FOB Shenzhen or your freight forwarder.
