Custom Packaging & Branding

— Every Detail of Your Product, Under Your Brand
A silicone product is only as good as the brand experience around it. The logo method chosen affects durability. The packaging type determines retail readiness. The color consistency defines how your product looks on the shelf next to your competitors.

At Mitour Silicone, packaging and branding are fully in-house capabilities — not subcontracted add-ons. We design and produce packaging at the same facility where we manufacture the product. This means shorter timelines, tighter quality control, and a single supplier relationship for the complete deliverable.

LOGO APPLICATION — 6 METHODS

Logo Application — Choosing the Right Method

Your logo on silicone is not a one-size-fits-all decision. The right method depends on your product's surface geometry, your logo's complexity, your target durability level, and your end market. Here is how each method works and when to use it.

Roller Printing

A silicone-ink roller transfers your logo onto a flat or slightly curved surface. Best for simple text, wordmarks, and one-color graphics on flat product areas. High durability — the ink bonds chemically with the silicone surface.

Silk Screen Printing

Ink is pushed through a mesh stencil onto the silicone surface. Can achieve multi-color designs with good precision. Best for flat or gently curved surfaces.

Laser Engraving

A laser removes the surface layer of the silicone to create a permanent engraved mark. No ink — the logo is part of the material itself. Premium tactile feel. Particularly effective on darker-colored silicone.

UV Full-Color Printing

UV-cured inks are printed in full color with photo-quality resolution directly onto the silicone surface. Enables photographic imagery, brand gradients, and complex multi-color artwork.

Heat Transfer

A transfer film with your artwork is applied to the silicone surface using heat and pressure. Enables complex, full-color designs with good conformability to curved surfaces.

Water Transfer

A printed film floats on water and is applied to the silicone product by dipping. Enables full wrap-around patterns — ideal for 3D product surfaces where other methods cannot reach.

Packaging Design
- We Help If You Need It

If you have finished artwork, we work directly from your files (AI / EPS / PDF preferred). If you have a rough direction, our in-house graphic team can develop packaging artwork based on your brand guidelines.
Design support services include:

• Dieline template provision (for your designer to work with)
• Artwork adaptation to our production specifications
• Physical colour proofing (on-press proof available for color-critical orders)
• 3D packaging mock-up (digital render of final packaging)

Design support fees depend on scope — discussed at quotation stage.

One Supplier. Complete Product.

The advantage of in-house packaging is coordination. When the same team that manufactures your silicone product also designs and produces your packaging:

• No miscommunication between factory and packaging supplier
• Product and packaging QC happens simultaneously
• Single shipment — product already in its retail packaging
• One point of contact for the complete deliverable

For promotional gift projects and event-driven orders with hard deadlines, this is particularly valuable. When we were producing for the 2026 FIFA World Cup project, the product and packaging moved through our facility in parallel — not sequentially. That is the kind of timeline compression that only works with in-house capabilities.

FAQ Section

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what buyers ask most — before they ever contact us.
  • Q How do you ensure logo color consistency between production runs?

    A
We use Pantone standardized color references for all logo printing and maintain color approval records from the initial sampling stage. For subsequent production runs, we compare against the approved sample and Pantone reference before proceeding to full production. Any color deviation is flagged and confirmed with you before mass production continues.

  • Q Can I order just the packaging without the silicone product?

    A
We primarily supply packaging as part of our complete OEM/ODM service. Standalone packaging orders may be accommodated for established clients — contact us to discuss your specific situation.

  • Q What is the lead time for packaging production?

    A
Packaging lead time runs parallel to product sampling and mass production in most cases. For OPP bags: 5–10 days from artwork approval. For color boxes: 10–15 days. For blister packs: 15 days. For gift boxes: 15–20 days. Final delivery includes product packed in approved packaging.

  • Q Can you produce packaging in multiple languages?

    A
Yes. We produce packaging with multi-language compliance text (English, German, French, Spanish, etc.) depending on your target markets. Our team advises on the regulatory language requirements for each destination market — EU packaging requirements differ from US requirements.

  • Q What file formats do you accept for logo and packaging artwork?

    A
We prefer vector format files: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, or PDF with fonts outlined. For raster graphics (for UV printing and heat transfer), we accept PSD or PNG at 300 DPI minimum. We provide a dieline template for packaging artwork if needed.
