  • Q Can you handle packaging design and production?

    Yes. We design and produce packaging in-house — OPP bags, color boxes, retail-ready packaging, and gift box packaging. No need to coordinate with a separate packaging supplier. We handle full branding and packaging as part of the OEM/ODM service.

  • Q What logo printing methods do you offer?

    A
    We offer six logo application methods: roller printing, silk screen printing, laser engraving, UV full-color printing, heat transfer, and water transfer. Each method has different durability, color range, and aesthetic characteristics. Our team will recommend the most suitable method for your product and market.

  • Q Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

    A
    Yes. We produce pre-production samples for approval before any mass production run. Sample lead time is 7–15 working days. Sample cost and whether it is refundable against the bulk order depends on the project — contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

  • Q What materials do you use? Is it really food-grade?

    A
    We use platinum-catalyzed food-grade silicone rubber — the highest grade of silicone for food-contact and infant-contact applications. Our materials are free of BPA, phthalates, and heavy metals. All material batches are tested by SGS or Intertek before entering production. We also hold three invention patents covering proprietary silicone formulas for antimicrobial and infant-grade applications.

  • Q What certifications can you provide with the products?

    A
    We can provide FDA registration, LFGB test reports, REACH compliance documentation, ROHS test reports, EN 71 toy safety certification, and SGS/Intertek/Bureau Veritas third-party test reports depending on your product type and target market. Our compliance team advises on the exact documentation needed for your destination market.
