Send us your design, drawing, reference sample, or product brief. We review and confirm feasibility within 24 hours.

NDA & Agreement

We sign NDA before reviewing any proprietary designs. Purchase order and manufacturing agreement confirmed.

Design Confirmation

Prepare technical drawings, color matching samples, logo artwork proofs, and packaging mock-ups for your review.

Mold Development

Machine the mold in-house on our Japanese-imported CNC equipment using 718/NAK80 or S136 tool steel.

(10–20 business days)

Sample Production

Produce pre-production samples. Conduct full dimensional inspection and visual quality check.

(7–15 business days)

Mass Production

Schedule production run. Enforce 4-stage quality control throughout

Shipment

We coordinate logistics (FOB Shenzhen) or work with your freight forwarder. Full compliance documents provided.

Q What payment terms do you offer?

A

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit at order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Alternative payment structures (L/C, NET terms for established clients) can be discussed depending on order value and relationship history.
Q Can I use my own third-party inspection company for pre-shipment inspection?

A

Yes. We work with SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, and any buyer-designated inspection agency. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is standard for orders going to Walmart, Target, and similar retailers. We coordinate scheduling and provide full access to our QC records.
Q Can I visit the factory during production?

A

Yes. Factory visits are welcome at any stage of the process. We also offer video call factory tours for clients who cannot travel to Shenzhen. Our factory at Pingdi, Longgang District is accessible from Shenzhen city center in approximately 45 minutes.
Q What happens if my sample needs revisions?

A

Up to 2 revision rounds are included in standard OEM/ODM timelines without additional charge. Each revision is documented in writing, changes are confirmed before re-sampling, and the revised sample is produced and shipped for your review. If more than 2 revision rounds are needed, we discuss timeline and cost implications transparently.
Q How long does the full silicone OEM process take from inquiry to delivery?

A

For OEM orders using existing molds: approximately 30–45 business days from order confirmation to shipment. For ODM projects requiring new mold development: approximately 55–80 business days. These timelines include sample production and approval. Rush options are available for established clients.
