1. What is the MOQ and how do I request a sample?
MOQ is 500pcs per color for OEM orders. Samples from the existing mold are available within 3–5 business days (custom-color samples: 7–10 days). Sample fees are credited against bulk order payment.
2. What OEM customization is available?
We support silk-screen logo printing (130×35mm area), embossed/debossed logo, custom Pantone colors, custom sizing (with new mold), and full retail packaging design. Mold ownership transfers to the buyer after full mold investment.
3. What certifications does this product hold?
FDA, BSCI, and ISO9001. For EU buyers, we provide REACH compliance documentation. Third-party lab testing (SGS, Intertek) available on request.
4. How long does bulk production take?
7–15 days for stock mold with custom logo. 10–18 days for custom color and logo. 25–35 days if new mold development is required.
5. How do I clean the bag?
Rinse under tap water or wipe with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, soak in warm soapy water or place on the dishwasher top rack. The seamless silicone construction has no fabric layers to trap moisture or pigment.
6. Is the magnet safe to carry through airport security?
Yes. The neodymium magnet is fully encased within the silicone body at a size and strength standard for consumer accessories. It does not trigger TSA screening thresholds and is not classified as a restricted item for carry-on luggage.
