Q What is the lead time for custom silicone products?

A

For custom products, sample lead time is typically 7–15 working days after design approval. Mass production lead time depends on order volume and complexity, but typically ranges from 15 to 35 working days. Standard in-stock designs can ship in as few as 7 working days.
Q Does Mitour Silicone have a cleanroom?

A

Yes. Mitour Silicone completed a cleanroom workshop upgrade in 2025. Our dust-free production environment is designed for food-grade and medical-grade silicone products where contamination control is critical.
Q What silicone manufacturing processes does Mitour Silicone use?

A

Mitour Silicone uses two primary production methods: LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) injection molding and solid compression molding. Both processes are performed in-house on our 20+ specialized machines. We also offer a proprietary solid-to-liquid conversion process that expands design possibilities for OEM customers.

After years of building our quality management system (ISO 9001), passing SEDEX and BSCI ethical audits, and demonstrating consistent production capability, Mitour Silicone was approved as a Walmart supplier in April 2019, followed by Target approval in December 2019.

Our minimum order quantity starts from 300 units for custom silicone products. We offer sampling, rapid prototyping, and production runs from small batch to high-volume manufacturing.
