Product Description
The Silicone Baby Suction Bowl is a weaning and self-feeding training bowl designed for infants transitioning to solid foods. The crescent (moon-shaped) profile is functional, not decorative: the higher curved back wall acts as a food guide — when a baby pushes food with a spoon, the curved wall catches and redirects rather than letting food fly off the rim. The bottom suction base creates a vacuum seal on smooth surfaces, preventing the bowl from being pushed, thrown, or knocked over during meal time.
The matching bear utensil set (spoon + fork) features bear-head handles sized for small infant hands — the thick, short handle is easier to grip than standard cutlery, supporting the fine motor development stage of self-feeding training. Both the bowl and utensils are the same food-grade silicone, safe for oral contact, and flexible enough not to injure gums or teeth on impact.

The asymmetric bowl shape puts a taller curved wall on one side. This acts as a passive backstop: food pushed by an infant spoon meets the wall and stays in the bowl instead of going over the rim. This is the bowl's most practical differentiator for parents sourcing self-feeding training products.
The integrated silicone suction pad seals to smooth surfaces (highchair trays, tables, counters) without clips or external straps. The baby can push against the bowl with a spoon and it will not slide. It releases cleanly when an adult lifts from the rim — not removable by infant grip alone.
The bear-shaped spoon and fork handles have a wide, short profile that matches infant palmar grip — the natural fist-like hold used before children develop a pincer grasp. This makes the utensils easier for 6–18 month olds to control independently than standard long-handled baby cutlery.
Safe for freezer storage, microwave reheating, boiling sterilization, dishwasher, and steam sterilization. Buyers sourcing for retail markets that emphasize convenience (US, EU, AU) routinely ask for this temperature range as a baseline spec.
Green, Purple, Light Purple, Light Red, Golden Yellow, and Beige form a coordinated Macaron palette. All six colors share the same visual aesthetic, enabling gift set bundling, mix-color retail displays, and seasonal color rotation without design inconsistency.

1. What age is this bowl designed for?
The suction bowl and bear utensil set are designed for infants starting solid foods — typically 6 months and up. The bowl dimensions (142mm diameter) and suction strength are calibrated for highchair tray use. The utensil handle size suits the palmar grip stage, roughly 6–18 months.
2. How strong is the suction base — can the baby remove it?
The suction base creates a vacuum seal on smooth, flat surfaces. An infant pulling upward on the bowl rim will not generate enough force to break the seal. An adult pressing on the rim edge releases the vacuum easily. The seal does not work on textured, fabric, or irregular surfaces.
3. Is it safe to use in a microwave and dishwasher?
Yes. The bowl is rated -20°C to +200°C — safe for microwave reheating (no metal parts), dishwasher top rack, boiling water sterilization, and steam sterilizers. The color is molded into the silicone and does not fade or transfer from heat exposure.
4. Can I order the bowl without the utensil set?
Yes. Bowl-only and bowl + utensil set configurations are both available for OEM orders. You can also specify different quantities of each in mixed cartons — for example, bowls only for one SKU and full sets for another.
5. What OEM customization is available for the packaging?
Standard is OPP bag. We support custom retail boxes with brand name, color photography, and barcode; individual gift boxes with foam or paper inserts; and hanging display packaging. Full retail-ready packaging design services are available for OEM partners.
6. What certifications cover this product?
BPA Free, FDA (US food-contact compliance), and LFGB (EU food-contact material standard). For AU/NZ buyers, additional AS/NZS testing is available on request. All colorants used in the silicone are food-contact rated.
