Both LSR and high-quality solid silicone can be food-grade and infant-safe when platinum-cured. The difference is in manufacturing precision: LSR typically produces more dimensionally consistent parts with better surface finish, which is why it is preferred for pacifiers, teethers, and medical devices. Solid silicone is appropriate for less critical infant-adjacent products. The curing system (platinum vs peroxide) matters more for safety than the manufacturing method.

Food-grade silicone is platinum-catalyzed, free of BPA, phthalates, and heavy metals, and tested to FDA 21 CFR or LFGB standards for food-contact safety. Regular or industrial silicone may be peroxide-cured and is not tested for food-contact migration. For any product that contacts food, beverages, or infant mouths, food-grade (platinum-cured) silicone is required.

Yes. Factory visits are welcome at any stage of the process. We also offer video call factory tours for clients who cannot travel to Shenzhen. Our factory at Pingdi, Longgang District is accessible from Shenzhen city center in approximately 45 minutes.

Up to 2 revision rounds are included in standard OEM/ODM timelines without additional charge. Each revision is documented in writing, changes are confirmed before re-sampling, and the revised sample is produced and shipped for your review. If more than 2 revision rounds are needed, we discuss timeline and cost implications transparently.

For OEM orders using existing molds: approximately 30–45 business days from order confirmation to shipment. For ODM projects requiring new mold development: approximately 55–80 business days. These timelines include sample production and approval. Rush options are available for established clients.

Yes. For clients who own the mold tooling, we do not produce that product for any other client. The exclusivity is contractual and tied to mold ownership. We take IP protection seriously — we have held supplier relationships with Disney, Walmart, and other brand-sensitive clients precisely because of this track record.

Yes. This is a common brief: a client brings us a product from another supplier that has quality issues, compliance gaps, or structural weaknesses. We analyze the existing product, identify the root causes, and redesign accordingly — either within the existing mold architecture or with new tooling.
